Do you take on small jobs, or only large projects?

Both. A single bathroom and a whole-house renovation get the same written scope, the same permits where required and the same project manager. Small jobs are how most of our long-term clients started.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured in Washington?

Yes — registered as a general contractor in Washington State, bonded and insured, and we are happy to send our license number, bond and certificate of insurance before you sign anything. Verify any contractor you consider on the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries website.

How do I get an estimate?

Call or text us, or send the form on this site. We come out, look at the project, ask a lot of questions, and send you a written itemized estimate — not a number scribbled on a business card.
